Excellent Location, Clean Room

The location was great. It was only a five minute walk to the Colosseum. The room was also quite spacious. The building felt very secure with good facilities.
Satellite television stations were available but I found none in English.

Staff members were responsive when needed. They provided clear instructions for late check-in. I found the staff to be friendly and polite .

The location was good. It was near the colosseum.
It barely fit one person. also, the air conditioning was not working properly. It was barely functional. the place felt more like a rented room in an apartment than a hotel.

the location was very convenient to major attractions. i could easily walk to the colosseum. also, the room included a kettle and a fridge, it was quite useful. frederico was helpful. he was approachable.
i found the room to be a little small. the bathroom only had small plastic bags for soap and shampoo. the building itself seemed rundown and in need of some care.

sewage smelldefensive staff
The room faced an inner corridor. this corridor was full of trash and cleaning supplies. It was like a dungeon. the staff was defensive when i mentioned the sewage smell in the room. they claimed the window was left open. Whoever prepared the room caused this problem.
